the year 2014
2014 has not been easy.
It is the end of the second week of school and I feel worked to my bones.
My shoulders ache after a sleep. My skin, dull after a school day. My eyes tired from looking at the faces of people who I really do not care about (and my lips sick of having to patronise them with a smile).
Well, this is university and I am going to accept it as it is. Though tiring, 2014 has been pretty eventful thus far.
I spent the first week of the year scrambling around, trying to pack my bags for my trip (on the second week). I flew off to Perth, Australia, soon after the second week started. Had such a wonderful time with my dear friends from usp. (Hi XM, Nick and XL! And the table of trust!)
(oh man... I have yet to upload any photos from the trip........ but they were so sucky that i kinda hate them)
The third week started with a boom and a bam, tutorials started! I died after the first week. Most tiring first week of school with modules like Quantitative Reasoning and Great Ideas. I should have known better than to take 2 cores together.
Now, I am ending the fourth week of the year, also known as, the second week of school. It was better. Less fun, but more manageable. Now, it's time to gear up for Chinese New Year :)
